Participation in courses can be cancelled free of cost at least 48 hours before the course via e-mail. For later cancellations 50% of the full fee is charged. Lessons and initial sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled time, or they must be fully paid for.

Travel costs are CHF 0.50 per kilometre (first 5km free).
